At Motocross Plug we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items that are custom-made, intimate, or perishable cannot be returned.
Return Process

Contact us first at support@motocrossplug.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Please note: Our suppliers may ship from different locations, so returns must be sent to the address we provide — do not return items to the sender’s address on the package.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. We’ll send a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may be unable to cancel it.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Packages delayed due to courier or customs issues.
