How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on most orders over $99!
For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee may apply depending on the product and supplier location. Shipping costs (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

These shipping prices exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and international orders.


When will my order ship?

After your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Please note: Since we source and ship directly from trusted global suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–25 business days

  • Caribbean & Latin America: 12–30 business days

  • Europe & Other Regions: 10–28 business days

International Shipping

Motocross Plug ships worldwide through our partner suppliers. Some items may ship separately if ordered together, as they may come from different warehouses.

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international shipments.


Shipping Delays

Motocross Plug is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you if your order is delayed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Motocross Plug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated restock or shipping time. You may choose to wait or request a refund at any time before the item ships.
